Telehealth Appointments Only
Spring Hill Psychiatric Services
What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your initial telehealth visit is focused yet unhurried. We begin by listening to your story: your goals, what’s worked, what hasn’t. We review your health history, current medications and supplements, sleep habits, daily routines, and stressors.
Before the visit ends you’ll receive a written care plan with clear next steps and a timeline for follow-up. If additional information is needed—such as labs or testing—we’ll clearly explain what’s required and help you obtain it without delay.

Flexible Follow-Ups & Telehealth Workflow
Once your care is established, many visit types are handled entirely via telehealth—ideal for medication check-ins, reviewing test results, and therapy sessions. If in-person testing is required (for example, a specialized neuropsychological evaluation, imaging, or lab), we’ll coordinate with trusted regional partners to minimize travel.
Whether you’re based in Spring Hill or on the move, your care remains consistent and convenient.
What to expect at visits
First visit (60 min)
Plan for about sixty minutes. We take time to listen to your goals and concerns, complete a diagnostic evaluation, and order labs or genetic testing if needed. Together we discuss whether medication, supplements, or therapy is the best fit and outline the first steps of your care plan.
Follow up visits (30 min)
Plan for about thirty minutes. We check in on your progress, review lab or genetic results, and adjust your plan as needed. Each visit also includes practical tools and guidance you can use between appointments, so your care feels consistent, supportive, and tailored to your ongoing needs.
How Soon Can You Be Seen?
We reserve appointment slots for urgent needs and maintain a robust telehealth schedule throughout the week. Same-day and next-day openings do arise—especially for telehealth visits. When you reach out, tell us what’s happening and we’ll match you with the earliest appropriate option.
For emergencies or immediate safety concerns, call 911. For urgent mental-health support, call or text 988. For all other concerns, we prioritize seeing you promptly and guiding you smoothly from start to finish.
Preparing for Your Telehealth Visit
Have the following ready for your first visit:
-
A list of current medications and supplements including doses and timing
-
Any recent lab results, if available
-
Relevant evaluation reports, school or work comments, prior therapy notes (especially for testing-related appointments)
-
A short list of your top goals in your own words
If you don’t have everything, don’t worry—just join the visit anyway, and we’ll fill in gaps together and keep the process straightforward.
